제1조개인정보의 처리 목적

회사는 다음 목적을 위해 개인정보를 처리하며, 목적 외의 용도로는 이용하지 않습니다. 이용 목적이 바뀌는 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법」 제18조에 따라 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 하겠습니다.

제2조처리하는 개인정보 항목

선택 항목은 입력하지 않아도 문의할 수 있습니다. 회사는 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

제3조개인정보의 처리 및 보유 기간

회사는 문의 처리 완료 후 1년간 개인정보를 보유하며, 기간이 지나면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 다만 문의가 검증 계약으로 이어진 경우 계약 이행과 관련된 정보는 관계 법령에서 정한 기간 동안 별도로 보관할 수 있습니다.

제4조개인정보의 제3자 제공

회사는 정보주체의 개인정보를 제1조의 목적 범위 안에서만 처리하며, 정보주체의 동의나 법률의 특별한 규정 등 「개인정보 보호법」 제17조 및 제18조에 해당하는 경우를 제외하고는 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

제5조개인정보 처리업무의 위탁

회사는 원활한 문의 처리를 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보 처리업무를 위탁하고 있습니다.

회사는 위탁계약 체결 시 「개인정보 보호법」 제26조에 따라 위탁업무 수행 목적 외 처리 금지, 기술적·관리적 보호조치, 재위탁 제한, 수탁자 관리·감독, 손해배상 등 책임에 관한 사항을 계약서 등 문서에 명시하고, 수탁자가 개인정보를 안전하게 처리하는지 감독합니다. 위탁 업무의 내용이나 수탁자가 변경되면 이 방침을 통해 공개하겠습니다.

제6조개인정보의 국외 이전

제5조의 위탁 업무 중 일부는 국외 서버에서 처리되며, 회사는 「개인정보 보호법」 제28조의8 제1항 제3호에 따라 다음 사항을 공개합니다.

국외 이전을 원하지 않으시면 문의 양식 대신 제11조의 연락처로 직접 문의하실 수 있습니다. 이 경우 국외 이전이 발생하지 않습니다.

제7조개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

• 파기 절차: 보유 기간이 지났거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는 개인정보 보호책임자의 승인을 거쳐 지체 없이 파기합니다.
• 파기 방법: 전자적 파일은 복구할 수 없는 방법으로 영구 삭제하고, 종이 문서는 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.

제8조정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 행사 방법

정보주체는 회사에 대해 언제든지 개인정보 열람, 정정·삭제, 처리정지 요구 및 동의 철회를 요청할 수 있습니다.

• 권리 행사는 서면, 이메일 등으로 제11조의 개인정보 보호책임자에게 하실 수 있으며, 회사는 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.
• 법정대리인이나 위임을 받은 자 등 대리인을 통해서도 권리를 행사할 수 있으며, 이 경우 위임장을 제출해야 합니다.
• 다른 법령에서 그 개인정보가 수집 대상으로 명시된 경우에는 삭제를 요구할 수 없으며, 법률에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우 등에는 처리정지 요구가 거절될 수 있습니다.
• 회사는 권리 행사를 한 사람이 본인이거나 정당한 대리인인지 확인합니다.

제9조개인정보의 안전성 확보조치

• 관리적 조치: 개인정보를 처리하는 직원을 최소한으로 지정하고 정기적으로 교육합니다.
• 기술적 조치: 홈페이지와 문의 양식은 암호화 통신(HTTPS)으로 전송하며, 문의를 받는 계정에는 접근 권한을 제한하고 2단계 인증을 적용합니다.
• 물리적 조치: 개인정보가 포함된 문서와 기기는 잠금장치가 있는 곳에 보관합니다.

제10조개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부

회사는 쿠키 등 이용자를 식별하거나 행태를 분석하는 자동 수집 장치를 사용하지 않습니다. 홈페이지는 선택하신 표시 언어(국문/영문)만 이용자 브라우저의 저장 공간에 기록하며, 이 정보는 회사로 전송되지 않습니다. 브라우저 설정에서 사이트 데이터를 삭제하면 언제든지 지울 수 있습니다.

추후 방문 통계 도구 등을 도입하는 경우 이 조항을 변경하여 공개합니다.

Art. 2Information we process

You can submit an inquiry without filling in optional fields. We do not collect personal information from children under 14.

Art. 3Retention period

We keep personal information for one year after the inquiry is closed and destroy it without delay afterwards. If an inquiry leads to an engagement, information related to performing the contract may be kept separately for the period required by applicable laws.

Art. 4Provision to third parties

We process personal information only within the purposes in Article 1 and do not provide it to third parties except where Articles 17 and 18 of PIPA apply, such as with your consent or where specifically required by law.

Art. 5Outsourcing of processing

To handle inquiries smoothly, we outsource the following processing.

Under Article 26 of PIPA, our outsourcing agreements set out the prohibition on processing for other purposes, technical and administrative safeguards, restrictions on sub-outsourcing, supervision and liability, and we supervise processors to ensure they handle personal information securely. Any change in processors or tasks will be disclosed in this policy.

Art. 6International transfer

Some outsourced tasks in Article 5 are processed on servers outside Korea. In accordance with Article 28-8(1)(3) of PIPA, we disclose the following.

If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you can contact us directly using the details in Article 11 instead of the form. No international transfer occurs in that case.

Art. 7Destruction

• Procedure: Personal information whose retention period has expired or whose purpose has been achieved is destroyed without delay with the approval of the Privacy Officer.
• Method: Electronic files are permanently deleted so they cannot be recovered; paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

Art. 8Your rights and how to exercise them

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent.

• Send your request in writing or by email to the Privacy Officer in Article 11. We will act on it without delay.
• You may also exercise your rights through a legal representative or an authorized agent, who must submit a power of attorney.
• Deletion cannot be requested where other laws require the information to be collected, and a request to suspend processing may be refused where the law specifically provides.
• We verify that the person making the request is you or your authorized representative.

Art. 9Security measures

• Administrative: We limit the staff who handle personal information and train them regularly.
• Technical: The website and inquiry form use encrypted connections (HTTPS), and the account receiving inquiries has restricted access and two-factor authentication.
• Physical: Documents and devices containing personal information are kept in locked storage.

Art. 10Cookies and similar technologies

We do not use cookies or other technologies that identify you or analyze your behavior. The website stores only your chosen display language (Korean/English) in your browser’s storage; this is never sent to us, and you can remove it at any time by clearing site data in your browser settings.

If we introduce analytics tools in the future, we will update this article.
